💥Cutting Latex the Easy Way — No Laser Needed! 💥

Use a Cricut to cut latex strips and all kinds of shapes with precision. No laser machine needed! Perfect for clean, accurate cuts without complicated equipment.

With a Cricut, you can cut all kinds of latex shapes to decorate and personalize your designs. Think straight or wavy strips, circles, hearts, simple geometric shapes, appliqués, lettering, and much more. It’s a fantastic way to create decorative elements quickly and consistently without cutting everything by hand.

That said, keep your designs simple and bold. Latex is still a challenging material to work with. Even when you temporarily secure it to the cutting mat using spray adhesive, the material can start to lift or shift during cutting. Very fine details, tiny corners, or intricate patterns often don’t cut cleanly and may peel away from the mat before the machine finishes.

So the golden rule is: simple shapes = better results. Clean lines, larger elements, and uncomplicated designs will give you the nicest cuts — and save you a lot of frustration!

Tip!

Make sure you stick the latex firmly onto the cutting mat. Use a light layer of spray adhesive so it doesn’t shift while cutting, and secure the edges with a bit of paper tape for extra stability.

Clean hands, clean latex, perfect results...and way less stress!
